4. Do we offer AI-based products?

Yes. Reachly uses AI technology powered by Anthropic to generate sales follow-up messages. Your inputs and outputs may be processed by Anthropic in accordance with their privacy policy. All AI-generated messages are human-reviewed before sending.

5. How long do we keep your information?

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide our services or as required by law. When your account is closed, we will delete or anonymise your data unless retention is required for legal or fraud-prevention purposes.

6. How do we keep your information safe?

We implement appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal information. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure. We encourage you to use our services within a secure environment.

No. Reachly is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. Contact us at hello@reachly.live if you have concerns.

9. Controls for do-not-track features

As no uniform standard for Do-Not-Track signals currently exists, we do not respond to them at this time. If a standard is adopted, we will update this policy accordingly.

Yes. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice in the app.
