1. Who we are

Reachly is operated by Zworks Technologies (SMC-Private Limited), registered in Pakistan. Our services include the Reachly mobile application and website at reachly.live.

2. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Reachly, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement. If you are using Reachly on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company to these terms.

3. Use of our services

You may use Reachly only for lawful business purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the service to send unsolicited or spam messages
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations in your country
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or replicate our product
• Use automated tools to access or scrape our platform
• Share your account credentials with unauthorised third parties
• Use our AI features to generate harmful, misleading, or deceptive content

4. Accounts and access

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Notify us immediately at hello@reachly.live if you suspect unauthorised access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. AI-generated content

Reachly uses AI to help generate sales follow-up messages. You acknowledge that:

• All AI-generated messages are suggestions only — you are responsible for reviewing before sending
• You must not use AI features to generate misleading, harmful, or illegal content
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content
• Use of AI features is subject to Anthropic's usage policies

6. WhatsApp and third-party platforms

Reachly integrates with WhatsApp for message sending. Your use of WhatsApp through our platform is subject to WhatsApp's own Terms of Service. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by WhatsApp or Meta. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws in your country.

7. Payments and subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly in USD. Applicable local taxes and VAT will be calculated and added at checkout based on your location. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Contact hello@reachly.live within 7 days of a charge if you believe an error has occurred.

8. Intellectual property

All content, branding, code, and features of Reachly are the property of Zworks Technologies. You retain ownership of your own data — we do not claim rights over your leads or business information.

9. Data and privacy

Our collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zworks Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Reachly. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Disclaimers

Reachly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that the platform will meet all of your specific requirements. Use of our AI features does not guarantee sales results.

12. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use Reachly ceases immediately.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes shall first be attempted through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Karachi, Pakistan.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Reachly after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
